Leah turned ten! It was a special day. Matt and I surprised her with an hour long trail ride through the woods. Her horse was Pac-Man and she certainly had her hands full with him! He kept stopping to eat along the way and refused to move. But, by the end of the ride, she had learned to keep him under control and keep him moving. She did a great job!
It was Matt's first time on a horse and he actually fell in love with his buddy, Amigo. He loved it! That made Leah happy too :)
After the trail ride we went to lunch at Chick-Fil-A.
That evening our whole family (including the marrieds) and Becky had a party for her. We watched this slide show celebrating her amazing ten years here with us! Brianna made a perfect birthday cake for her.
Leah is a beautiful girl- inside and out. She is smart, witty, loves God, loves people, would read all day if I let her, enjoys playing the piano and singing, loves horses, loves to play with dolls still, can give the Gospel clearly to anyone, can cook, cleans the kitchen beautifully, loves her nephew dearly, and gives the best hugs!
