With Brianna,Cameron, Alissa, Hannah, Jeremiah, Jessica, and Shannon representing Western MA, we are all having a great time here at CYIA. It hasn't been without some trials, but things are going very well. Everyone has passed their practicums so far and are preparing for Open Air in Worcester today.
Matt has done really well with teaching his classes also- not that I doubted for a minute that he'd nail them!
Micah has been....well, challenging. I am looking for teachable moments and hope that things will settle down a bit as he adjusts to the changes. I'm proud of him for being potty trained, but it sure would be easier on me if he still went in his diaper and I could change him at my convenience instead of dropping everything and running for a bathroom when he gives the signal!
Thanks to my friend Linda for the can of Raid she sent along! Just wish we hadn't had to use so much of it already! Someone told me they would pray that God would take away my fear of bugs. Actually? I'd rather they pray that God would take away the bugs!
Here are a few pictures of random moments. I don't go into the classrooms during class time so these are taken during down time or meal times.
